It is being reported by several different sources that Amazon is quietly discontinuing the Kindle Touch. I was not a fan of the Kindle Touch. It was a new form-factor (I really prefer page turn buttons) and lost a few features from the Kindle with Keyboard, but it sold fairly well.
With the addition of the Paperwhite (my review), there is not a reason for the Touch. The Kindle with Keyboard has a keyboard and more storage. The Paperwhite has a better screen and the same basic size. The Kindle Basic is way cheaper.
But if you still like the idea of a touch (or want a 3G for a great price) the Kindle Touch still has a few refurbished models available for $129. There are not currently any other refurbished kindles in stock, so it is a fairly good deal. But I would suggest you go with the Paperwhite (if you want a good screen), the Kindle with Keyboard 3G (if you travel internationally) or the Kindle Basic (if you are really price conscious).
